Poison Fingers

Poison Fingers (Tzu Men Chaun) is a rare form of soft style Shaolin Kung Fu. A style that focuses purely on self-defense, Poison Fingers was designed to help the smaller, weaker or aged fighter defend against a more powerful opponent. It is soft, light and vicious — targeting spear-hand thrusts at the opponent’s vital points. Though it may not look like much, when used properly, Poison Fingers can deliver a blow that will stun or defeat an opponent in a single strike. This design makes it ideally suited for women as well as men. Poison Fingers is relatively compact, containing only six exercises, three forms, eighteen character/postures and finger strengthening exercises.
